Hi I have a Windows 7 VS 2010 silverlight 4 installation from which I can't get the multiplayer to work. I t says can't load playlist, even if I try to run the untouched example that comes with the project. Is it broken?

I can't build it, I get builderrors, I just try running the sample that comes with. I've also tried to run it from a website that already had the object on it, and then just fill in the playlist details, but as much as it works in single file mode, it doesn't in multiplay.

haven't checked it with silverlight 4 so quite possibly. how are you running the project?

I'd like to use this on a site that already has a lot of WordPress Audio Player links, so I'd like to use a Javascript include that checks for that text and creates the Silverlight Audio Player objects. Would be even better if it would fallback to using the WordPress Audio Player if Silverlight isn't installed.

Have you thought about supporting more standardized playlist formats, like Windows Media format (.asx) or ITunes or .m3u?

yes, I think I will look at getting support in for that in a future release. the main issue is the fact that the Silverlight Media Element does not read the metadata out of mp3 files so I needed an alternative way of providing it. It also opens the possibility for displaying an album cover.
